"It’s ambient Pop with watery trickles of reverbed guitar, a rhythm section that embraces the space in the sound and fills in the groove creatively and proggy vocal arrangements that give the proceedings an air of psychedelia — the warm, good-trip kind, not the scary kind." ~CityBeat (Cincinnati, OH)

Indigo Wild crafts a unique brand of no-coast indie rock – from anthems that evoke the shoes-over-the-phone-line vibes of summer to gripping folk ballads of friends left behind and futures yet to be explored. Songwriters Garet Camella and Michael Norris blend sparkling melodies with powerful washes of open-chord overdrive – a lush landscape of guitars and keyboard. The band’s rhythm section is driven by Jason Winner’s eagerly defiant drumming and Chris Carter’s inventively smooth bass lines. Indigo Wild's latest lineup addition, Varun Ramanujam, adds atmospheric and textural auxiliary keyboards and percussion. Atop this balanced instrumental foundation, all three guitarists also contribute to the band’s secret weapon - soaring and effortlessly decisive three part vocal harmonies.

Since relocating to their current hometown of Columbus, Ohio in Summer 2014, Indigo Wild has hit the road on Midwestern and East Coast tours. In Spring of 2015, the band toured alongside Utah folk-rockers Desert Noises and recorded their first Daytrotter session. The group has also shared the stage with names like Catfish & the Bottlemen, Youth Lagoon, Margot & Nuclear So & Sos, Bad Suns, Kopecky, and DREAMERS.

In March, the group released a dreamy new single titled “High Point”, its first release since September of 2011. “'High Point'” is a scintillating, handsome blast of nostalgia that fills a void in the current indie rock landscape.” ~ All Things Go.

Following a Summer 2015 kickoff performance at Bunbury Music Festival – which included the likes of Tame Impala, The Black Keys, and Brand New – Indigo Wild hasn't stopped moving. On July 2nd, the band successfully raised $7,135 of a $4,500 Kickstarter goal and recorded its first Audiotree Session in Chicago shortly after. The group will spend the rest of 2015 in the studio and on the road for more touring. Their debut full length album is expected in Spring 2016.
